How can I prevent being hacked again?

Advise customer, when selecting a new password do not reuse your previous passwords, and be sure to pick a password for your account that is different from the credentials you use to secure other accounts.

Urge the customer to create a strong password that is not easily guessed. The password should be at least eight characters in length; use a combination of upper and lower case letters and include at least one number. Customers should not use passwords that contains words such as "password”, “admin”, “default”, or that contains their name or any other similar text that a third party might guess.

If a customer previously reset their password, they may need to reset it again, if their account was impacted by an incident.
