If a customer violates Verizon’s Spamming Policy, their account will be suspended for 24 hours.
- Customers can send an e-mail message to a maximum of 100 recipients in one mailing only.
- If a customer attempts to send an e-mail to more than 100 addressees their e-mail will not be delivered.
- They cannot send to more than 500 recipients within a one hour period.
- If a customer sends e-mails to more than 500 recipients within a one hour period, their e-mail account will be suspended for 24 hours.
- If the account shows active in CSR Tools, it is possible that the customer may have violated Verizon’s Spamming Policy.
